In 2015, the always adventurous David Byrne staged a concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center showcasing his latest artistic obsession: color guards. High school color guard groups from across the U.S. and Canada were paired in performance with a diverse lineup of musicians including St. Vincent, Tune-Yards and former Beastie Boy Adam Horovitz.
