From audio description to live transcripts, captioning and other tools, there is a strong push toward making films more accessible to the widest array of audiences. But a necessary component in ensuring greater accessibility is what filmmakers can build into their production and post-production processes. In this highly informative workshop, a panel of filmmakers, WGBH’s Media Access Group and other experts addresses what filmmakers need to know about accessibility needs, best practices and available resources.
