NAOMI OSAKA Special Presentations

NAOMI

Work in Progress

Following the screening, watch a special conversation with director Garrett Bradley moderated by NBC News Correspondent Morgan Radford.

What does it feel like to be one of the best tennis players in the world? An intimate look inside the life of one of the most gifted and complex athletes of her generation offers insight into the tough decisions and ecstatic triumphs that shape Naomi Osaka as both an elite global superstar and a young woman navigating a pressure-filled world.

Garrett Bradley is an American-born artist and Oscar®-nominated director. Her work spans across narrative, documentary and experimental modes of filmmaking to address themes such as race, class and American history. Bradley is the first Black woman to have received Best Director in the U.S. Documentary Competition at the Sundance Film Festival for her debut feature length documentary TIME.
